Creative Leadership

Alongside my creative work, I’m deeply invested in how people learn, grow, and gain confidence through making. I feel most fulfilled when I’m helping others develop their voice, sharpen their instincts, and understand not just how to build experiences, but why they work.

Teaching, mentorship, and community leadership are an extension of my creative practice. They allow me to test ideas, translate complex systems into human terms, and support the next generation of storytellers, designers, and builders.

Animation Mentor — Instructor

I serve as an instructor and mentor in Animation Mentor’s Games program, guiding students in performance, storytelling, and real-time animation workflows. My focus is on helping artists understand how emotion, clarity, and feedback shape interactive experiences, and on preparing them to collaborate thoughtfully inside production environments.

Much of my teaching centers on translating abstract intent into readable action, a skill that sits at the core of both game design and learning experiences.

Epic Games — Unreal Fellowship

I was selected for Epic Games’ Unreal Fellowship, an intensive program focused on real-time animation, lighting, and interactive storytelling in Unreal Engine. The fellowship deepened my fluency in emerging pipelines and reinforced my belief that strong experiences come from balancing technical possibility with human-centered design.

It also strengthened my interest in how real-time tools can support experimentation, iteration, and learning through play.

Women in Games — Ambassador

As a Women in Games Ambassador, I advocate for inclusive, accessible creative environments and support initiatives that broaden who gets to build the worlds we play in. I believe learning thrives in spaces where people feel safe to experiment, ask questions, and contribute in different ways.

That belief continues to shape how I lead teams, mentor individuals, and think about creative systems designed for many kinds of learners.
